An applicant for state registration may be:

a) head of acting executive body of legal entity, acting on behalf of the entity with no letter of attorney needed;
b) stake holder (s) of legal entity established;
c) head of legal entity, promoting the legal body to be registered;
d) bankrupt trustee or liquidator if legal entity is liquidated;
e) other person with powers authorized by federal law or regulation issued by authorized body or local authority.

Applicant is given an acceptance receipt upon the submission of the package. The receipt contains a list of documents and date of acceptance if package was submitted personally. The receipt is handed out it the day of acceptance.

If the package is sent by mail the receipt confirmation is sent in the space of the day following the day of receipt of documents to the address stated in the acceptance slip.

State registration procedure is not longer than five days since the day the package was submitted.

State registration is performed by local registration body with regard to the location of executive body of entity being registered or other body or person authorized to represent the entity.
