The representative/branch office of a foreign company should be registered at the local branch of Federal tax service in case the office operates in Russian Federation more than 30 days in a year.

Documents needed:
-copies of registration and tax certificates of the foreign company,
-copy of the company's decision on creating of the representative office in Russia,
-PoA for the head of the representative office,
-PoA for a representative (if the applicant is not the head of the representative office).

All the documents and copies are to be provided in Russian language and should be dully legalised and notarisied (please see the legalisation section).
