4Personal accreditation for foreign employees

Additional informationEach foreign employee of a representative/branch office of a foreign company in accordance with the quote noted at the accreditation certificate is to get a personal accreditation via State Registration Chamber.
Personal accreditation means that the presenting of an employee in Russia is agreed upon with the entities in charge and that is the basis to work in Russia. Documents needed: -written application (a standard form containing a request about accreditation of an employee of a representative office). The application is to be on the letterhead of a representative office, signed by the Head of a representative office, copy of the permit for establishment of a representative office is needed. In addition: -curriculum vitae and copy of passport of an employee (page with the photo and the holder’s name), -two photos, -copy of a certified General Power of Attorney which empowers the Head of a representative office of a foreign legal entity with the required authorities in the Russian Federation, -copy of a certified Power of Attorney issued to the person entitled to represent the interests of a representative office at the Federal State Institution State Registration Chamber with the Ministry of Justice of Russia (shall be presented if the entitled person is not the Head of a representative office). Note: Powers of Attorney and resolutions shall be subject to notary certification of the signatures and authorities of the parties. In case there is no notary certification of the parties’ authorities, additional confirmation documents shall be provided. If more than five employees are to be accredited additional fee of USD 200 is applicable for accreditation of 6th and following employees. |
