To obtain guarantees from the Fund, a small enterprise should do the following:
1. Know the requirements of the Program towards the small business borrowers mentioned above and make sure the enterprise complies with these requirements fully.
2. Apply for a load to one of the partner banks of the Fund (or their branch offices in the region) in the Guarantee provision program. Here it is necessary to state to the bank manager that the loan should be obtained with the help of the Fund. When applying for a loan the enterprise should provide all necessary details as the bank specifies. No documents are provided to the Fund at this stage.
3. When the bank makes positive decision concerning the loan, compose and sign an application together with the bank (according to the specified form) for the Fund’s guarantees. After that the bank sends the application and all the enclosed documents to the Fund.
4. When the Fund makes positive decision concerning the guarantees, sign a three-party guarantee agreement together with the bank and the Fund according to the form specified. After the agreement is signed, pay the compensation to the Fund for the guarantee. The compensation is transferred in one installment by wire.
