Additional information

An employer has the right to only require the documents listed in the Paragraph 65 of the Labour Code of RF. In certain cases, considering job peculiarities, RF Labour Code, other federal laws, presidential and government regulations may prescribe submission of additional documents.

It is prohibited to request any extra papers other than stated in RF Labour Code, other federal laws, presidential and government regulations.
Generally, after the entire application package is submitted the employee is offered to write an application for employment.
In case when a labour agreement is concluded by the employee for the first time, labour book and state pension insurance certificate are processed by the employer.
