Upon obtainment of a permit and making a labour and/or commercial contract (Contract under civil legislation of Russian Federation) with a foreign employee, the employer is to inform local authorities within one month.

Employer is to submit:
-actual details on hiring foreign employee in accordance with procedures approved by Ministry of Public Health and Social Development and FMS to local executive body regulating employment issues;
-actual details on making labor and commercial contract (Contract under civil legislation of Russian Federation) in accordance with procedures approved by Ministry of Public Health and Social Development to State Labor Inspection Service.
