Costs

RUB 950 per   (Additional duty for late submission of power of attorney in accordance with the Patent Instruction)

Additional information

Applicants from member states of the Convention pay only 10% of the set duties amount.
Applicants from non-member states that are entitled to temporary benefits (the list of the states is publishes on the Eurasian patent organization's web site) pay only 20% of the set duties amount.
