Time frame

The services are carried out for a fee at the site of the real estate by the territorial office of the Bureau.
To obtain a cadastral plan of a building, a facility or an unfinished facility, the following documents should be submitted:
A personal ID;
A letter of guarantee (for legal entities) or an application (for physical persons);
Documents stating the regulatory (legal) boundaries, composition and ownership of the real estate items;
A letter of attorney for the right to act on behalf of a legal entity or a physical person.

When submitting the application, the presence of required documents is checked, a fee is calculated and a payment order for preparation of necessary documents is issued.

Additional information

The Cadastral Plan of a building, a facility, an object of technical construction or a space is issued by a local Bureau of Technical Inventory.
In Moscow it is State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory” (MosgorBTI). The SUE MosgorBTI consists of 14 area offices, located in 10 administrative districts of Moscow. Territorial offices carry out all the work concerning the accounting for the real estate objects and provide data about technical inventory of real estate items for physical persons and legal entities.
