Important criteria should be taken into account while filling out the application form and all constituent documents. Guidelines are mentioned in the attached link.

The application form and the supporting documents can be submitted to the local tax service office either:
a. in person - by the person signing the application form, by one of the founders of the company or by the head of a permanent managing body mentioned in the founding documents
b. in person by a representative holding a power of attorney
c. by registered mail

In case "a", the federal tax service officials issue a written receipt immediately, with a file number.

In case "b" and "c" a receipt is sent by mail within two days after tax service receives the application.

If there is any mistake or missing information in the application and supporting documents, the application is considered as not received. In this case the applicant receives the rejection motivated notice.
