General Meeting of LLC stakeholders may decide to increase the authorized capital of the LLC on the basis of a written application for additional contribution submitted by LLC stakeholder (or applications submitted by stakeholders) and/or based on a written application for admission as a stakeholder or for additional contribution submitted by a third person, given that the procedure is in compliance with the articles of LLC. Those decisions will be made by unanimous vote with all stakeholders participating.
