A representative office is to be registered at the State Register of representatives of foreign companies in Russia by the State Registration Chamber.
While application the applicant is to get an invoice to pay the fee for the registration.

Application is to include: the signature of the entitled person, the name of the accreditation institution, the number and the date of the accreditation certificate, the term of accreditation.

Also needed:
-copy of the accreditation certificate;
-copy of the extract from the state register of legal entities or another document probinf the foreign company is dully registered;
-copy of notarised PoA for the person entitled to represent the representative office at the state registration chamber.
