Time frame

Employment order is to be issued within 3 days after signing of agreement. Personal file of the employee storage period is 75 years.

Additional information

After conclusion of labor agreement (contract) employment order is to be issued by the employer.

Based on the employment order the entry to the labour book is to be made. In case when the labour agreement is concluded for the first time then the labour book is to be completed by the employer. After fill-up of labour book all the labour book essentials are to be registered in the registry book.

According to the Article 68 of RF Labour code the employer is to get the employee acquainted with the internal work regulations, other by-laws directly connected to the job of an employee and to get the employee acquainted with the collective agreement.
