Tarifs follow the notarisation act. (article 22.1 of the fundamentals of legislation on notariat) In case of notarisation of a translation or of copies, tarifs might depend on the number of pages and of copies of the documents.

Signature in the application form for state registration of legal entity is to be certified by a notary. State duty for notary`s certification is paid to notary public office. Applicant obtains a pay receipt.
